Factory

CollectionLED is a Chinese based high-tech manufacturing enterprise focusing on design, Research and production of a number of LED products lines for residential, commercial and industrial applications. We also produce LED display, LED signage as well as other specialty LED products on project basis. Our two modern factories' total production floor space is nearly 1,000,000 square feet, with one factory used in daily production and the other designated to large project production requirements. Collection employs a total of 900 full time workers.

Collection’s production facility and products have passed multiple international quality standards, including but not limited to:

United States and Canada UL, European Union CE, Japanese PSE, and RoHS

Collection is an ISO9001:2008, ISO14001 certified company.

Technology & Capacities

As a partner of a leading Japanese LED research corporation “Nichia”, Collection’s R&D team is able to work closely with Nichia’s R&D team to ensure Collection’s products are tier 1 in the LED industry. With nearly 1 million square feet of total factory floor space and several production lines, Collection is able to produce product at large scale volumes.

Collection is a supplier to over 800 Chain stores and supermarkets in Japan and the only LED supplier to Wal-Mart China. Please see Project Case section for our past commercial and industrial project results.

Quality Control

Collection’s products go through a rigorous qualitative control process before leaving the factory. Each piece is age tested for 12 hours prior to completion and an additional 12 hours post manufacture completion.
